Every person in Minneapolis should have the opportunity to reach their full potential and make their unique contribution to society.

Our business, labor, and community organizations are known for resiliency, creativity, preparation, and innovation. We are working together to come out of the pandemic ready to build prosperity across our region.

For Minneapolis to thrive, we must ensure that people are safe.

    Vision

Our vision is a safe, prosperous, inclusive, equitable, and sustainable Minneapolis.

    Goals

A New 612 will be working to advance policies and practices that people, businesses, communities, and governments can implement to achieve a stronger Minneapolis.

We will emphasize policies and community practices that work together to promote growth and prosperity.

We believe any effort to address the challenges facing us must be multi-faceted and coordinated – no problem exists in a vacuum and no single solution will fix it.
